“Dominion is asking every ratepayer in the Commonwealth to subsidize the transmission built for a handful of hyperscalers.
“This is the largest land-use change in the history of the Piedmont, and it is happening without a plan.
“You have taken our rural viewshed, our night sky, and our water table — and given us a chain-link fence.
“I have never in twenty years on this board received this volume of constituent opposition to a single land-use category.
