Every number on this site traces back to one of the datasets below. Publisher, license posture, refresh cadence, and last retrieval are all on the record. If a source is missing here, no number on the site claims to use it.
how to read this
What 'verified' means here
- API / CSV sources are pulled programmatically on the stated cadence. The raw payload and a SHA-256 of the bytes we saw is stored in raw_ingestions so any number can be reproduced.
- Manual sources (board minutes, IRP filings, press releases) are read by the editor and entered with the public document URL on the row. These rows carry a curated or manually tracked badge.
- Last retrieval shows when the most recent ingestion or verification ran. A stale date is not silently hidden — it's the most important signal of how current a number is.
- No paid data subscriptions (no DC Byte, no 451). Where a paid feed would be the canonical source, the row says so and uses public alternatives.

The receipts table
Every ingestion writes a row to raw_ingestions with the raw payload, parser status, and any errors. That table is the audit log — if a number on the site is challenged, we resolve it from those bytes, not from memory.
